Healthiest Sauerkraut Juice Smoothie.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup kombucha - ginger
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple 
  • ½ cup frozen peaches 
  • 1 tablespoon raw sauerkraut juice Refrigerated
  • ½ inch ginger root

Instructions: 

  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately. 
  3. Enjoy!
