  • ⅓ cup low fat plain yogurt
  • 3 Medjool dates, halved and pitted
  • Large pinch freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions: 

  1. First add all the ingredients in a blender. 
  2. Blend until smooth. 
  3. Now add the ice cubes and blend until completely smooth.
  4. Add 1 to tbsp of cold water if required.
