The Best Ever Banana Nog Smoothie.
Ingredients:
- ½ medium firm banana
- ⅓ cup low fat plain yogurt
- 3 Medjool dates, halved and pitted
- Large pinch freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions:
- First add all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Now add the ice cubes and blend until completely smooth.
- Add 1 to tbsp of cold water if required.
