Ingredients: 

  • 1 pack frozen acai
  • ½ frozen banana
  • Heaping ½ - ¾ cup fresh fruit 
  • ⅓ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds 
  • 1 tbsp protein powder
  • Topping: ¼ cup granola, handful berries, ½ banana, sliced

Instructions: 

  1.  Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. If too thick, just add little coconut milk until it reaches the desired consistency.
  3. Add your toppings.
  4. Serve immediately.
  5. Enjoy your healthy smoothie bowl.
