Super Energizing Paleo Smoothie.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp flax powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
Optional
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ frozen banana

Instructions: 

  1. Add all ingredients (except chia seeds) in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Stir in chia seeds.
  3. Serve immediately
  4. Enjoy!
