Super Energizing Paleo Smoothie.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut water
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp flax powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup frozen blackberries
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
Optional:
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ½ frozen banana
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients (except chia seeds) in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in chia seeds.
- Serve immediately
- Enjoy!
