Ingredients:
- ½ medium cucumber
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup raw spinach
- ½ cup tomato sauce (no salt)
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 celery stick
- ½ cup cilantro or parsley (use according to your tastes)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 green onion
- Sea salt & pepper to taste
- Tabasco (or other red hot sauce) to taste
Instructions:
- Add ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
