Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup watercress 
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • ½ cup chopped pineapple 
  • ½ cup chopped mango 
  • 1 banana chopped and frozen
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

Instructions: 

  1. Blend watercress and juice until smooth, then add the rest of the ingredients. 
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately. 
  4. Enjoy!
