Ingredients: 

  • ½ glass almond milk
  • 8-10 spinach leaves
  • ½ banana
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 red apple
  • 1 small cup pineapple chopped
  • 1 small cup fresh coconut meat
  • 1 tbsp non-fat greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • ½ glass coconut water
  • ½ fresh squeezed lemon

Instructions:
  1. Add all of these ingredients in blender to get a smooth puree.
  2. Enjoy!
