Super Healthy Spinach Smoothie.
Ingredients:
- ½ glass almond milk
- 8-10 spinach leaves
- ½ banana
- ½ avocado
- 1 red apple
- 1 small cup pineapple chopped
- 1 small cup fresh coconut meat
- 1 tbsp non-fat greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- ½ glass coconut water
- ½ fresh squeezed lemon
Instructions:- Add all of these ingredients in blender to get a smooth puree.
- Enjoy!
