Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups (350ml) cold water
  • ½ small head red cabbage, quartered and frozen (about 4'' in diameter)
  • 1 cup (150g) frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • ⅔ cup (165g) low-fat vanilla yogurt

Instructions:

  1. Break the frozen cabbage with your hands and blend it with water in a high power blender. 
  2. Now add frozen blueberries, banana and vanilla yogurt and blend again until smooth.
