This keto strawberry milkshake has only 3 ingredients and is the perfect, icy low carb sweet treat.

The 3 ingredients you’ll need are:

Frozen Strawberries: I love using frozen strawberries because they help me to make an ice cold, creamy drink without the need to add more carbohydrates.

It is totally up to you about strawberries you’d like to add in your drink, depending on how many carbs you would want in your sweet treat.

Almond Milk: You can add whatever low carb keto friendly milk you like to include in your diet. Just make sure it is unsweetened and doesn’t include any added carbs.

Cream: You can add any cream to this smoothie as it is added in the smoothie to include healthy fats in it.

Optional Extra Ingredients: You may add in stevia or vanilla to increase flavor and to sweetness. For added protein you could also add a scoop of low carb protein powder.
