Delicious And Homemade Tropical Beach Smoothie.
Ingredients:
- ½ of small dragon fruit
- 1 small Galia melon
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 2 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 3-6 drops of liquid Stevia extract
- 1 cup of water
- 3-4 ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Add all of these ingredients in blender to get a smooth puree.
- Serve in a glass immediately.
