Ingredients: 

  • 3oz of kale leaves
  • 1 half an avocado
  • 1 stick of celery
  • 3oz of cucumber
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp of freshly squeeze lemon juice

Instructions: 

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender. 
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy!
