Goodmorning Strawberry Banana And Nuts Smoothie.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- ½ banana
- 2 tbsp sliced raw nuts (almonds, cashews, pecans, and walnuts are all excellent sources of protein, fiber, and healthy fatty acids)
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- ¼ cup granola (choose an unsweetened one)
- 1 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
- 1 cup of soy or almond milk or other non-dairy milk
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions:
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
- Enjoy!
