Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries
  • ½ banana
  • 2 tbsp sliced raw nuts (almonds, cashews, pecans, and walnuts are all excellent sources of protein, fiber, and healthy fatty acids)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • ¼ cup granola (choose an unsweetened one)
  • 1 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of soy or almond milk or other non-dairy milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions: 

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve.
