Super Healthy Ginger, Basil And Avocado Keto Smoothie.

Ingredients: 

  • ½ an avocado
  • 1 scoop zero carb vanilla protein 
  • ½ tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil (and extra for garnish)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Ice cubes or crushed ice

Instructions: 

  1. In a blender first add the avocado, protein powder, ginger, fresh basil leaves and almond milk.
  2. Blend until smooth and add a couple of ice cubes or crushed ice. 
  3. Blend again to mix the ice to the smoothie and to get the desired consistency.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve cold, optionally garnished with fresh basil leaves.
