Super Healthy Ginger, Basil And Avocado Keto Smoothie.
Ingredients:
- ½ an avocado
- 1 scoop zero carb vanilla protein
- ½ tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil (and extra for garnish)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Ice cubes or crushed ice
Instructions:
- In a blender first add the avocado, protein powder, ginger, fresh basil leaves and almond milk.
- Blend until smooth and add a couple of ice cubes or crushed ice.
- Blend again to mix the ice to the smoothie and to get the desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass and serve cold, optionally garnished with fresh basil leaves.
