  • 2 tbsp unsweetened peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp erythritol
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup crushed ice (optional)

Instructions: 

  1. Add all of these ingredients in blender to get a smooth puree.
  2. Add ice (if using) and process again for a frothy, ice-cold smoothie.
