Healthy And Delicious Banana Mango Green Smoothie.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bananas
  • ½ cup mango, diced
  • 3 handfuls baby kale (or spinach)
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or preferred milk)
  • ⅛ teaspoon pink salt or sea salt
  • Handful ice

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until totally smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and layer on the toppings. 
  3. I used sliced mango, a drizzle of honey, hemp seeds and red russian kale sprouts.
