Ingredients:
- 1 bananas
- ½ cup mango, diced
- 3 handfuls baby kale (or spinach)
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or preferred milk)
- ⅛ teaspoon pink salt or sea salt
- Handful ice
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until totally smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and layer on the toppings.
- I used sliced mango, a drizzle of honey, hemp seeds and red russian kale sprouts.
