I love mixing different fruit with lemon juice in my drinks! And this combination of blueberries and lemons goes together so wonderfully!
This yummy drink has a full serving of blueberries. I used frozen blueberries in this recipe, but fresh will work too.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond or cashew milk, unsweetened
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon collagen
- ½ teaspoon Stevia
- 2 pinches of Himalayan salt
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- Optional: ½ teaspoon glucomannan
- 3 cups ice cubes
Instructions:
- Add milk, lemon juice, collagen, stevia, salt, and blueberries in blender and mix until blueberries are completely blended.
- Add ice cubes to the blender and mix until the ice cubes are completely blended.
- Serve immediately.
