Ingredients: 

  • ½ cup fresh cherries pitted or frozen and thawed
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • ⅓ cup hemp hearts
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon liquid stevia
  • 1 cup ice
Optional: 2 tablespoon sugar free chocolate chips 

Instructions: 

  1. Place all ingredients into a high powered blender.
  2. Taste and adjust stevia if needed.
  3. Place in mason jars and cover for freezing or refrigeration.
  4. Thaw the night before if freezing.
  5. When ready to serve, give it a good shake.
