 Keto Blackberry-Kale Smoothie.

Ingredients: 

  • ½ cup of water or coconut water
  • ½ cup kale
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries
  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • ¼ cup frozen pineapple chunks or star fruit for low carb keto

Instructions: 

  1.  First add water or unsweetened almond milk in blender. 
  2. Now, add kale, blackberries and star fruit. 
  3. Then add frozen blueberries, if you’re adding frozen pineapple, add it in last.
  4. Blend until smooth. 
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. Enjoy!
