Ingredients:
- ½ cup of water or coconut water
- ½ cup kale
- 2 cups fresh blackberries
- ¼ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- ¼ cup frozen pineapple chunks or star fruit for low carb keto
Instructions:
- First add water or unsweetened almond milk in blender.
- Now, add kale, blackberries and star fruit.
- Then add frozen blueberries, if you’re adding frozen pineapple, add it in last.
- Blend until smooth.
