Super Healthy Raspberry & Lemon Protein Smoothie.

Ingredients: 

  • 2 large eggs, pasteurized
  • ⅓ cup full-fat yogurt or coconut yogurt 
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or water 
  • ¼ cup collagen powder or protein powder of choice 
  • ½ tsp fresh lemon zest
  • ½ cup frozen or fresh raspberries 
  • 5 drops Stevia extract or other low-carb sweetener of choice, to taste
  • ¼ tsp sugar-free vanilla extract or a pinch of vanilla bean powder
  • Few ice cubes

Instructions: 

  1. Add everything in a blender and process until smooth and creamy. 
  2. Serve immediately. 
  3. Enjoy!
Note: You can use sugar-free vanilla extract or a pinch of vanilla bean powder instead.
