Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs, pasteurized
- ⅓ cup full-fat yogurt or coconut yogurt
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or water
- ¼ cup collagen powder or protein powder of choice
- ½ tsp fresh lemon zest
- ½ cup frozen or fresh raspberries
- 5 drops Stevia extract or other low-carb sweetener of choice, to taste
- ¼ tsp sugar-free vanilla extract or a pinch of vanilla bean powder
- Few ice cubes
