Super Keto Vegan Mint Chip Smoothie Recipe.

Ingredients: 

  • 1½ large or 2 small frozen banana
  • ½ cup prune juice
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup mint leaves, or ¾ tsp peppermint extract, to taste
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs, crushed in blender

Instructions: 

  1. Pulse cacao nibs in a blender to crush. Just pulse into smaller pieces, do not blend to a fine powder.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Now add all smoothie ingredients except crushed cacao nibs to blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour smoothie into a glass, stir in crushed cacao nibs.
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. Enjoy!
