Ingredients: 

  • 1 large carrot
  • ½ medium avocado
  • 1 small red apple
  • ½ medium cucumber, peeled
Optional Add-ons:
  • 1 inch piece of ginger
  • 1 inch piece of turmeric
  • 6oz water
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Instructions: 

  1. Add ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
  4. Enjoy!
