Super Sweet, Salty & Healthy Cashew Smoothie.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • ⅓ cup raw cashews
  • 2 tablespoons raw oatmeal
Optional Add-ons:
  • 1 date
  • 2-3 ice cubes

Instructions: 

  1. First add add ingredients to a blender, then gradually increase the speed until it reaches the maximum speed. 
  2. Blend until smooth. 
  3. Add some coarse sea salt to the rim of the glass, then pour in the smoothie. 
  4. Alternatively, you can also just add a pinch or two of coarse sea salt to the smoothie after blending.
  5. Serve immediately. 
  6. Enjoy!
