Super Sweet, Salty & Healthy Cashew Smoothie.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 banana
- ⅓ cup raw cashews
- 2 tablespoons raw oatmeal
Optional Add-ons:Instructions:
- First add add ingredients to a blender, then gradually increase the speed until it reaches the maximum speed.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add some coarse sea salt to the rim of the glass, then pour in the smoothie.
- Alternatively, you can also just add a pinch or two of coarse sea salt to the smoothie after blending.
- Serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
