Homemade Drinks For Athletes Keto Beetroot Shake.
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp beetroot powder
- 1 tbsp MCT oil
- 1 scoop whey protein isolate (Optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp cinnamon ground
- 1 cup coconut milk or almond milk, pea milk
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients into a high speed blender.
- Blend for 30 seconds.
- Serve immediately.
