Super Delicious, Healthy And Homemade Cherry Oat Smoothie.
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup rolled or instant oats
- 1 banana previously sliced and frozen
- 1 cup pitted fresh cherries
- ½ cup vanilla yogurt or Greek yogurt
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup milk, or dairy-free alternative
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, add more milk if required to reach a consistency you like.
- Serve immediately.
