Ingredients: 

  • ¼ cup rolled or instant oats 
  • 1 banana previously sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup pitted fresh cherries 
  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt or Greek yogurt 
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup milk, or dairy-free alternative
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions: 

  1. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, add more milk if required to reach a consistency you like.
  2. Serve immediately.
