Super Healthy Tahini & Cashew Super Smoothie.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk OR cashew milk
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup raw cashews
- 1 handful of baby spinach leaves
- 1-2 tbsp tahini
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- A dash of cinnamon
- 8-10 ice cubes
Instructions:
- First pre soak the raw cashew nuts in filtered water for a minimum of 4 hours.
- Now drain and rinse the cashews.
- Now add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
