Super Healthy Tahini & Cashew Super Smoothie.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk OR cashew milk
  • 1 frozen banana 
  • ½ cup raw cashews
  • 1 handful of baby spinach leaves
  • 1-2 tbsp tahini
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • A dash of cinnamon
  • 8-10 ice cubes

Instructions: 

  1. First pre soak the raw cashew nuts in filtered water for a minimum of 4 hours.
  2. Now drain and rinse the cashews.
  3. Now add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Serve immediately. 
  5. Enjoy!
