Super Nutritious Toddler Smoothie.

A super healthy alternative for breakfast.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 4 strawberries, or more

Instructions: 

  1. First prick the sweet potato all over with a fork. 
  2. Then microwave it on high in 2-minute intervals until tender, turning halfway through, 8 to 10 minutes. 
  3. Now let it cool until easily handled, about 10 minutes.
  4. Then peel the sweet potato and mash coarsely with a fork. 
  5. Measure out 2 tbsp and place in a blender. 
  6. Add banana, greek yogurt, orange juice, and strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth.
  7. Serve immediately. 
  8. Enjoy!
