Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup of frozen berries of choice
  • 1½ cup of almond milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Acai powder
  • 1 large handful of baby spinach leaves
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup cocoa nibs
  • 2 medjool dates (for extra sweetness)
  • Toppings of choice

Instructions: 

  1. First place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until thick and creamy. If the smoothie is not thick enough, blend through ice cubes.
  2. Pour contents into a bowl. Sprinkle and drizzle with your favourite toppings.
  3. Serve immediately 
  4. Enjoy!
