Super Antioxidant Packed Smoothie Bowl.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of frozen berries of choice
- 1½ cup of almond milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp Acai powder
- 1 large handful of baby spinach leaves
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup cocoa nibs
- 2 medjool dates (for extra sweetness)
- Toppings of choice
Instructions:
- First place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until thick and creamy. If the smoothie is not thick enough, blend through ice cubes.
- Pour contents into a bowl. Sprinkle and drizzle with your favourite toppings.
- Serve immediately
- Enjoy!
