Super Healthy & Homemade Keto Vanilla Froyo!

Ingredients: 

  • ½ cup of greek yoghurt, full fat
  • 3 tbsp of heavy cream
  • 4 tsp of your preferred powdered sweetener
  • 1 tsp of vanilla essence

Instructions: 

  1. Place all ingredients into a small mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. Pour into a ziplock bag, smooth out until the mixture is spread evenly. 
  3. Freeze for 20-30 minutes until the mixture is partially frozen.
  4. Cut the corner off the ziplock bag and squeeze the mixture into 2 dishes.
  5. Enjoy as-is, or top with your favorite toppings.
  6. Serve immediately.
