Super Healthy & Homemade Keto Vanilla Froyo!
Ingredients:
- ½ cup of greek yoghurt, full fat
- 3 tbsp of heavy cream
- 4 tsp of your preferred powdered sweetener
- 1 tsp of vanilla essence
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients into a small mixing bowl and mix well.
- Pour into a ziplock bag, smooth out until the mixture is spread evenly.
- Freeze for 20-30 minutes until the mixture is partially frozen.
- Cut the corner off the ziplock bag and squeeze the mixture into 2 dishes.
- Enjoy as-is, or top with your favorite toppings.
- Serve immediately.
