Super Healthy Pomegranate Goji Smoothie.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¾ cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 tbsp cashews, soaked in water for at least 10 minutes
  • 1 tbsp goji berries, soaked in water for at least 10 minutes but preferably overnight
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions: 

  1. First add the banana, pomegranate juice, cashews, goji berries, and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth, 30 to 45 seconds. 
  2. Serve immediately.
  3. Enjoy!
