Super Healthy Pomegranate Goji Smoothie.
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- ¾ cup pomegranate juice
- 1 tbsp cashews, soaked in water for at least 10 minutes
- 1 tbsp goji berries, soaked in water for at least 10 minutes but preferably overnight
- ½ cup ice cubes
Instructions:
- First add the banana, pomegranate juice, cashews, goji berries, and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth, 30 to 45 seconds.
- Serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
