Super Keto Green Smoothie Popsicles.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk or dairy-free alternative
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- ¼ cup parsley
- 1 banana
- 2 kiwis
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
Instructions:
- First blend milk, spinach, and parsley until smooth, then add in the banana, 1 kiwi, honey, and ginger. Blend until smooth taste, adding more honey if necessary.
- Now, peel and slice the remaining kiwi, placing a slice or two into each popsicle mold.
- Then pour in the green smoothie to fill each mold, then freeze until hard for almost 6 hours.
- Remove popsicles from the freezer and run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them up.
