Healthy Arugula Smoothie With Avocado.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups non-dairy or dairy milk
  • 1 ounce arugula
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey, optional Recommended if using dairy milk

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients except maple syrup together until smooth.
  2. Taste, sweeten if desired. Add more milk if the consistency is too thick.
  3. Serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator up to 3 days.

Notes:

  1. Makes 4 small smoothies or 2 large smoothies.
