Delicious, Healthy Homemade Pecan Smoothie
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of SGF Vanilla Creamer
- 2 tablespoons of raw pecans
- 2 tablespoons of ground flax seed
- 1 tablespoon of cashews
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 3-4 ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Add all of these ingredients in blender to get a smooth puree.
- Serve in a glass immediately.
- Enjoy!
