Ingredients: 

  • ¾ cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of SGF Vanilla Creamer
  • 2 tablespoons of raw pecans
  • 2 tablespoons of ground flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon of cashews
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 3-4 ice cubes (optional)

Instructions: 

  1. Add all of these ingredients in blender to get a smooth puree.
  2. Serve in a glass immediately.
  3. Enjoy!
