Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup carrots, chopped, skin on
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ¼ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup nonfat milk or unsweetened soy milk 
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Add all of these ingredients in blender to get a smooth puree.
  2. Serve in a glass immediately.
