Keto Healthy Carrot Smoothie.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup carrots, chopped, skin on
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- ¼ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup nonfat milk or unsweetened soy milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions:
- Add all of these ingredients in blender to get a smooth puree.
- Serve in a glass immediately.
- Enjoy!
