Super Healthy Strawberry Avocado Smoothie.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • ½ medium avocado
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut butter
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp erythritol
  • Ice cubes or crushed ice

Instructions: 

  1. Process the strawberries with avocado, almond butter, coconut butter, cream, and Erythritol in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Add the ice and process again for a few seconds to incorporate into the mixture.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve ice cold.
