Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp collage hydrosolate
  • 2 tbsp ground golden flax or chia
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Stevia or honey according to taste

Instructions: 

  1. Add all of these ingredients in blender to get a smooth puree.
  2. Serve in a glass immediately.
  3. Enjoy!
