Low Carb Vanilla Smoothie with Marshmallow.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup full-fat coconut milk
- 2 tbsp collage hydrosolate
- 2 tbsp ground golden flax or chia
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Stevia or honey according to taste
Instructions:
- Add all of these ingredients in blender to get a smooth puree.
- Serve in a glass immediately.
