Super Paleo Peach Coconut Milk Smoothie.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup coconut milk chilled
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 fresh peaches peeled and cut into chunks
  • Lemon zest to taste

Instructions: 

  1. Add coconut milk, ice to a blender. Using a micro plane, add a few gratings of fresh lemon zest, to taste.
  2. Blend on high speed and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
  4. Enjoy!
