Super Healthy And Delicious Pumpkin Coconut Smoothie.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup organic pumpkin puree
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon and ginger)
  • 1 frozen banana sliced (avoid for keto smoothie)
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions: 

  1. Add coconut milk, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, banana, and ice to blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
  4. Enjoy!
