Sugar-free, Healthy And Delicious Coffee Cake Protein Smoothie.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup chilled brewed coffee
- 1 cup ice
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup pasteurized egg whites
- 3 tbsp rolled oats
- 2 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp liquid stevia
- Chocolate Syrup
Optional toppings: Dairy Free whipped cream
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients into your blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetener if needed.
- Pour over ice in a large glass, add additional toppings if desired.
- Enjoy!
