Ingredients: 

  • ½ medium avocado 
  • 1 small zucchini, cut into 1-inch rounds  
  • 3 tbsp raw cacao powder 
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or cashew milk 
  • 3-5 stevia drops or low-carb sweetener of choice, to taste

Instructions: 

  1. Add all the ingredients in a high speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Add some water or almond milk if too thick and pulse again.
  3. Serve immediately.
