Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup strawberries, fresh or frozen 
  • ¼ cup coconut milk such or heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup water 
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds, whole or powdered seeds from 
  • ½ vanilla bean or ½ tsp sugar-free vanilla extract
Optional: 5-7 drops liquid Stevia extract or other healthy low-carb sweetener from this list

Instructions:
