Super Healthy, Low Carb Carrot Smoothie.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 large carrot (peeled and chopped)
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp nut butter
- 1 tbsp no-carb sweetener
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups ice
- ½ cup water (if needed)
Instructions:
- First add the yogurt, carrot, ginger, nut butter, sweetner, and cinnamon to your blender.
- Blend until completely smooth. If required, you can add water to help it blend.
- Add the ice in the blender and blend on high until completely smooth.
- Serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
