Super Healthy, Low Carb Carrot Smoothie.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 large carrot (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 tbsp no-carb sweetener
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups ice
  • ½ cup water (if needed)

Instructions: 

  1. First add the yogurt, carrot, ginger, nut butter, sweetner, and cinnamon to your blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth. If required, you can add water to help it blend.
  3. Add the ice in the blender and blend on high until completely smooth.
  4. Serve immediately. 
  5. Enjoy!
