Super Healthy Tropical Mango & Arugula Smoothie.
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup coconut water
- 2 cups arugula
- ½ avocado
- ½ lime, zest & juice
- 1 cup frozen mango
- ¼ cup coconut shreds
Optional Toppings: - Coconut shreds
- Diced mango
- Diced avocado
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve with desired toppings and enjoy!
