Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1½ cup of chopped lettuce
  • 1 banana
  • 5 frozen strawberries
Optional Add-ons:
  • 1 scoop unflavored or vanilla whey protein powder 

Instructions: 

  1. Add ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
