Ingredients: 

  • 2 plums seeded and chopped
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries  
  • 1 banana chopped and frozen
  • ½ cup rolled or instant oats 
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • Optional: Honey to taste

Instructions: 

  1. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, add more milk or a touch of honey to reach a consistency and sweetness according to your liking.
  2. Serve immediately.
