This Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie has ginger, beets and greens that will definitely help to reduce inflammation in your body.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup fresh kale
  • ½ beet - peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ orange peeled
  • 1 cup mixed berries Frozen
  • ½ cup pineapple Frozen
  • 1 tsp ginger root grated or chopped
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions: 

  1. First add baby kale, beet, water, and orange into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Now add remaining ingredients.
  4. Blend again until smooth.
  5. Serve immediately.
