This is an option to make a creamy keto vanilla milkshake without using ice cream. Instead, this recipe uses a combination of ice, heavy whipping cream and nut milk to create a frothy, milky vanilla shake to add a little bit of sweetness to the keto vanilla milkshake, you can add your favorite sweetener. I opted for the powdered form sweetner to make sure all of the sweetener gets dissolved to create a smooth, creamy vanilla shake.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups ice
- 1 cup unsweetened macadamia nut milk or other nut milk
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2-3 tablespoons powdered monkfruit or erythritol
- 1 scoop unflavored or vanilla protein powder, optional
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or paste
Instructions:
- Add 3 cups of ice to a blender.
- Add remaining ingredients to the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
