Super Healthy Grape and Blueberry Protein Smoothie.
Ingredients:
- 1 egg, beaten, scrambled, and cooled
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and frozen
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- ½ cup frozen red grapes
- 3 large ice cubes
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop protein powder of choice, optional
- ¼ cup orange juice
- ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- First j a small skillet, scramble the egg properly, then heat them medium until fluffy and cooked through.
- Now remove from heat and set on a plate. Allow egg to cool to room temperature.
- Then add all ingredients for the smoothie to blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
