Super Healthy Grape and Blueberry Protein Smoothie.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 egg, beaten, scrambled, and cooled
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and frozen
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup frozen red grapes
  • 3 large ice cubes
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice, optional
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions: 

  1. First j  a small skillet, scramble the egg properly, then heat them medium until fluffy and cooked through. 
  2. Now remove from heat and set on a plate. Allow egg to cool to room temperature.
  3. Then add all ingredients for the smoothie to blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Serve immediately.
  5. Enjoy!
