For the Smoothie:

  •  ½ cup Greek yogurt
  •  2T unsweetened cranberry juice
  •  Liquid stevia to taste
For the Quinoa:
  •  1 cup quinoa cooked

Instructions:

  1. To a blender, add frozen cherries, Greek yogurt, cranberry juice and stevia. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
