Super Healthy & Delicious Honeydew Smoothie.

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups honeydew melon, cubed
  • 1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tbsp apple juice, from frozen concentrate
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • Honeydew melon slices, for garnish

Instructions: 

  1. First in a blender, add all the ingredients. 
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with sliced melon or lemons.
  4. Serve immediately.
  5. Enjoy!
