Ingredients: 

  • 1 medium banana - peeled and frozen
  • 1 cup apple sauce
  • 1½ cups unsweetened coconut milk/ almond milk
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup - Optional
  • pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter powder- additional for serving

Instructions: 

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
  3. Enjoy!
