Super Healthy & Easy Apple Smoothie Recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 medium banana - peeled and frozen
- 1 cup apple sauce
- 1½ cups unsweetened coconut milk/ almond milk
- 1 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp maple syrup - Optional
- pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp peanut butter powder- additional for serving
Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
